Puddle Beam Installation Guide
This guide explains the typical installation flow for compatible vehicle-specific puddle lights. Exact steps can vary by vehicle, mirror housing, and factory light design, so always confirm fitment before ordering or installing.
Before you start
- Confirm your year, make, model, and trim.
- Check whether your vehicle has a factory puddle light or welcome-light circuit.
- Compare the factory light location with the product photos before installation.
- Do not force the module if the connector, housing, or light opening does not match.
What is included
Vehicle-specific Puddle Beam products are typically sold as a pair for driver and passenger side lighting. The selected projection design is built into the light module.

Step 1: Remove the factory light
Gently remove the existing factory puddle light or access the factory light location. Work slowly around the mirror or door area so the trim and wiring are not damaged.

Step 2: Connect the replacement module
Connect the Puddle Beam module to the compatible factory plug. If the connector does not match, stop and contact us before modifying the vehicle.

Step 3: Test the projection
Before fully seating the light, unlock or open the vehicle to test the projection on the ground. Confirm the logo orientation, brightness, and placement, then secure the light in the factory location.

Projection clarity
The cleanest results come from a flat ground surface, a clear lens, and a simple high-contrast design. Custom artwork should be reviewed before production if it contains small text or fine details.

Need fitment support?
If you are unsure about compatibility, send your year, make, model, trim, and photos of the mirror or door light area before ordering. We can help confirm whether a direct replacement or custom option is the better path.
